Stop living in fear that food is your worst enemy. Food was made to enjoy! The next time you tell yourself “I can’t eat that” stop and ask yourself, “Is this truly for my health or am I trying to live up to an ideal?” Everything in moderation is the key to living a healthy, balanced and fulfilling life. Too much of ANYTHING is bad (over-exercising, over-eating, too much sugar, too much starvation.) Too much of a GOOD thing is still a bad thing. If you can begin to live this rule out you are on your way to loving the healthier happier you!

I agree with your statements. I wish people would enjoy food and not worry about their weight. It is all about moderation! A lot of people think that people who are not skinny are unhealthy. But I believe that you can be big and healthy. Big is not the same as obese though. I do believe that obesity is unhealthy.
I think that u can be “big” but healthy too, but not if its way more than you used to way, gaining weight is one of the factors leading to a lot of heart problems…so although I like this site I hope you guy’s don’t encourage the fat girls to remain big and think they are ok, especially if they’ve gained 40 pounds from sitting around eating and not really exercising thinking that they are healthy.
Dzzl, it is not up to you to decide what is “healthy” or not for an individual. Don’t fall for the rhetoric about the “obesity crisis.”
Hey..I am glad that I came into this today ! this is absolutely right !..
I linked your blog, if you like to exchange

I really agree with you
part of the problem is that we equate anything other than very thin with big. big is an undesirable term. no girl wants to be big. even ‘healthy’ when it comes to weight is a word that rings of not-good-enough.
